    What do you think?

    I’m trying out this Lean podcast to give you another way to ‘sharpen your Lean axe.’ I know you are busy, and can’t spare a whole lot of time keeping up to speed. My goal is to give you a way to hear about Lean ideas on the go.

    If you want to listen at your computer, of course that’s fine as well.

    In this podcast, I give my basic thoughts on Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement in general.

    I discuss building a Lean culture, and some of the prerequisites to doing that.

    Finally, I cover finding the balance between focusing on Lean tools and learning Lean as a system.

    I hope you enjoy my first crack at this. I would be in the wrong profession if I didn’t welcome your comments and feedback, or even requests about what my next podcast should be about.

    I haven’t really settled on how frequently I want to put this out. I think it depends on how well received it is. If you like it and want more, please let me know.
