Engaging Employees in Lean

Podcast Interview with Jay Watson (Part 1)

I recently had the pleasure of spending some time chatting with Jay Watson about engaging employees in Lean efforts. Jay currently runs FreeLeanSite.com.

Jay has worked at Motorola, GE, AlliedSignal, and Honeywell over his 35-year career, so the ideas he has about engaging employees are not just theory. He’s been doing this for a long time.

You can hear our conversation on the latest installment of the Gotta Go Lean podcast. Listen to it online, or download it and listen to it at your convenience. It runs about 15 minutes. Enjoy.
