Zero Defects (Part 2)

The single biggest thing you can do to shift to a zero defects mentality is to start recording each and every error and defect. Create log sheets and write down the problems. And then, of course, work on the problems.

The process of recording defects forces you to stop accepting that poor quality is just the way things are. Treat defects like the problem that they are, and you will soon find yourself doing something about them.

We have several forms available that will help you focus on zero defects and improve the quality in your organization.
