Identify a continuous improvement trainer for your team. The person needs two skill sets. The first is general training skills. The second is continuous improvement expertise. It is rare to find one person with both, but most teams can find a person with at least one of the skills.
Develop the missing skill, if applicable. This may mean immersion in hands-on Lean training, or it may mean a train the trainer program.
