Standardized Work Sheets (or Standard Work Sheets as they is more commonly known) are one of the basic forms used for documenting Standard Work in Lean.
Standardized Work Sheets show header information, defining the process, and they show the layout of the area on graph paper.
Standardized Work Sheets depict flow along the value stream and demonstrate the path people take while doing their tasks. They should also show the quantity of Standard Work-in-Process (SWIP), safety notices, and any quality/inspection points.
Standardized Work Sheets show the main path an operator takes while doing a task, whereas the spaghetti chart diagrams every movement.
