Ali,
In a daily management cycle, you might predict (plan) that your team can refuel 6 aircraft per hour, and then implement that plan (do). You would track your progress (check), and if you were off of that pace, you would identify what the problems were. Typically something would be wrong, whether incorrect paperwork, wrong fuel type, etc, that would delay the operation. You would act on that information to eliminate the source of the problem.
PDCA is highly iterative. If you don’t fix the problem, you go back to the starting point and try again.
