Continuous Improvement Audio Terms

  1. Get an unbiased assessment of your communication. If you are a leader, your HR team can help you get an understanding of your communication style and effectiveness.
  2. Create a plan to overcome any shortcomings. This may include things like joining Toastmasters, taking a business writing class, or volunteering to help with presentations.
