We’ve been around a while. If you signed up with us in the past, you will not get another confirmation email. You should just get your content email.

If you do not get your content message but think you had signed up in the past, please click here.

If you are not sure if you had previously subscribed or requested content…

  1. Check your spam folder.
  2. Add us to your white list and try requesting your download or subscribing again. The confirmation message will come from 364415@mcssl.com, but will show up in the sender info as “364415@mcssl.com on behalf of Velaction Continuous Improvement LLC <info@velaction.com>”. The content message will come from “364415@bizmailtoday.com on behalf of *Jeff Hajek* at Velaction <Info@Velaction.com>” or “364415@priorityoneemail.com on behalf of *Jeff Hajek* at Velaction <Info@Velaction.com>”.
  3. Please reconsider using free email services (Gmail, Hotmail, AOL, Yahoo, etc.). These services are often used as ‘throwaway’ accounts, and so block messages more aggressively than other systems. If you choose to use one of these services, please be patient. It can take some time (up to a half hour or more) to arrive.
  4. Sometimes the trouble is on our end. Our service boasts a 99%+ delivery rate, but with our large number of subscribers, many of you will fall into that last percent. If you’ve waited a bit and the message still hasn’t arrived, you can try subscribing again. You will probably not receive a new confirmation message, as that is only required once per account.
  5. If all else fails, please contact us. Our email address is customerservice@velaction.com. Unless we hear otherwise, we will assume the email address you used to sign up is the one you are using to contact us.

If you did not receive the content you were expecting, please follow the troubleshooting steps below.

  1. Please check your spam or junk mail folders. If we ended up there, please add us to your address book and/or white list. You may have to contact IT support if you are using a company account. The content message will come from “364415@bizmailtoday.com on behalf of *Jeff Hajek* at Velaction <Info@Velaction.com>” or “364415@priorityoneemail.com on behalf of *Jeff Hajek* at Velaction <Info@Velaction.com>”.

If you did not receive an email with a confirmation link…

  1. Please check your spam folder. If your confirmation message ended up here, just click the link. Your content message will come from a different email address, so there is no need to white list this address.
  2. Add us to your white list/contacts. If you cannot find the confirmation message, please add us to your white list and/or address book and then try to sign up again. You may have to contact IT support if you are using a company account. The confirmation message will come from 364415@mcssl.com, but will show up in the sender info as “364415@mcssl.com on behalf of Velaction Continuous Improvement LLC <info@velaction.com>”.
  3. Reconsider using Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, AOL, or other free services. They sometimes have delays or don’t let emails from services such as ours through at all. If you have trouble using one of these email providers, please try with a different email. We can do little about this problem.
  4. Try re-subscribing. While our service boasts a 99%+ delivery rate, that means some of you will have a message go undelivered. If that is the case, simply resubmitting your request can do the trick.
  5. Try a different email. If you have tried troubleshooting and still can’t get our messages, the path of least resistance may be to simply try a different email address. Different systems use different tools to manage spam. While we may be inadvertently caught up in one, we will probably not be caught up in another.
  6. You may have already downloaded. We’ve been around a while. There’s a chance you subscribed a while back and forgot about it. If you received your content message, you should be good to go, as you only need to confirm once.

IMPORTANT: You Won’t Get the Free Content Until You Confirm Your Email

If this is your first contact with us, you will soon be getting an email with a confirmation link. You must click this link to receive the downloads you requested.

Important Information

  1. This message will come from *Jeff Hajek* [Velaction]. It will be sent from 364414@mcssl.com.
  2. The link will be from www.mcssl.com. This URL is used by our storefront company, 1ShoppingCart.com (a Web.com company) to manage online stores and messaging.

About Free Email Services (Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo, etc.)

Free email services such as Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo, etc. are commonly used as ‘throwaway’ accounts, and as such generate a lot of junk email for the services. They have very aggressive filters which can delay or restrict your confirmation message. Please click the first troubleshooting link below to see how to manage this issue.

Troubleshooting

If you did not get the content you were expecting, please select one of the following three choices.

  1. I did not receive my confirmation email.

The Lean Training System is an extensive program designed to give you the tools you need to elevate your team’s performance, and your own.

Individual vs. Team

  • Team Development: We offer training materials that you can use to teach individual classes or that can be used to create a comprehensive training program. Our licensing terms are liberal. Most include a one time, permanent licensing fee. Corporate licenses allow you to share the information throughout your organization (restrictions apply, such as a limit of 20,000 employees per license.)
  • Individual Development: Our wide range of Terms on PDFs, MP3s, Videos, Articles, forms & tools, and much more means it’ll be a long, long, long time before you run out of learning opportunities.

Pricing

  • Free Content: We offer a vast range of free resources. Some information is posted on our site and is available to anyone. Some needs to be downloaded and is available only to our subscribers, but signing up is free.
  • Premium Content: If you want to go beyond the free content and strive for truly great performance, you’ll need to invest in your team, and in yourself. Visit our online store to see all that we offer.

Content Categories

The Lean Training System has been something of an evolution. Originally, it was just our blog. Then we created ‘The Continuous Improvement Companion”, our online reference guide. We then started creating training modules, and originally called that the Lean Training System. Most recently, we added the ‘Nuts & Bolts Guide to Continuous Improvement’, which provides a practical approach to Lean.

We realized that there was tremendous overlap in all of these resources, so we made the Lean Training System the umbrella for all of the training resources we offer.

  • The Continuous Improvement Companion: The CIC was originally intended to be a published work, and started out as a ‘brain dump’ of continuous improvement information. It rapidly ballooned to a document of over 700 pages, which necessitated a different approach. The online resource guide was born.
  • The Gotta Go Lean Blog: This was our first online presence. It was originally focused on promoting our founder’s (Jeff Hajek) first book, Whaddaya Mean I Gotta Be Lean?, but soon took on its own identity. Many of the articles on here are promoted to LTS articles and show up in the three main categories.
  • Velaction.com Website: The website provides a framework to hold make all of our information easily accessible to you. There are also nuggets of information here that don’t fall cleanly into one of the Lean Training System categories.
  • Continuous Improvement Transformation Model: While people love the versatility and flexibility of a modular training program, some people struggle with the lack of structure. This model filled that void by framing up our training materials into a more structured approach.
  • Training Modules: Over the years, as clients request specific training materials, we’ve added to our lineup of modules. They are designed to be used as either stand-alone training, or to be combined into a training program. Keep in mind that as our free products are part of our modules and are listed side by side with our premium product in our store.
  • Practical Guide: Our practical guide, titled “The Nuts & Bolts Guide to Continuous Improvement” is intended to provide you with a step-by-step approach to developing a killer business management system.
