By going through the process of filling out this form, the team will make sure they have considered each process step in detail, and will confirm that they have not missed anything.

The 3P Process Overview Form is intended to provide a quick look at a process. With that in mind, use pictures to complete this document.

Note that this document requires a substantial amount of background work. Most of the process steps should have had a 7 Ways exercise completed to come up with how the step will be performed.

Try not to leave any space blank. If you choose, for example, not to create a fixture for a process step, note that none is required. It changes omissions from a passive step to an active decision.
